Born and raised in Canada, Joanna studied in Ottawa and London, UK, and now calls the desert of Phoenix, Arizona home, where she lives with her husband, son, and dog.

Joanna is a graphic and website designer, social media manager, and SEO strategist with a passion for helping small to medium-sized businesses grow. She works closely with clients to build brands that resonate, tell authentic stories, and drive real results through design, content, and strategy.

With a Master’s in Conflict Resolution and a global background in leadership and mediation, Joanna brings a unique blend of creativity and communication to every project. She’s worked with individuals and organizations across continents, specializing in consulting, coaching, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Her approach helps businesses not only grow—but grow stronger by reducing internal conflict, improving team dynamics, and staying aligned with their goals.

Whether she’s designing a new website, managing a content calendar, or helping a client navigate their brand voice, Joanna’s work is rooted in collaboration, clarity, and results.

Outside of her business, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and organizing fun, hands-on community workshops—like charcuterie board building and fresh flower arranging.
